What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQs vary by product. For standard LED modules and drivers the MOQ is typically 500 units. Custom OEM orders start from 1,000 units. Contact our sales team for specific product MOQs.
Do you offer custom OEM manufacturing?
Yes. We provide full OEM and ODM services including custom PCB design, optical lens tooling, driver specifications, branding, and packaging. Our engineering team will work from your specifications or co-develop a solution from scratch.
What certifications do your products carry?
Our products are certified to CE, RoHS, LM-80, and ISO 9001:2015 standards. Specific products also hold ENEC, UL, and BIS certifications. Full certificate documentation is available on request.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% advance with order confirmation and 70% before shipment. For established clients, we offer net-30 and net-60 credit terms subject to credit evaluation. T/T and LC payment modes accepted.
What is the typical lead time for orders?
Standard in-stock products ship within 5–7 business days. Made-to-order products typically require 3–5 weeks. Custom OEM projects with tooling requirements may need 8–12 weeks for first production run.
Do you provide product samples?
Yes. Samples of standard products are available for qualified enquiries. Sample costs are typically credited against the first bulk order. Turnaround for samples is 5–10 business days depending on product type.
